This Privacy Policy explains how Raising Servant Leaders Ministries ("RSL Ministries," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit rsl-ministry.org or contact us through it. We are a Uganda-based Christian ministry, reachable at P.O. Box 1524929, Mukono, Uganda, or rslministries@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us directly, through:
- The Contact form — your name, email address, and message.
- The Give page — your name, if you choose to enter it to generate a bank transfer reference. We do not collect or store any bank account, card, or mobile money details through this website; all giving happens directly through your own bank or mobile money provider.
We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this website, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children browsing the site.
How we use your information
Information submitted through our Contact form is used solely to respond to your message. Submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider, and may also be delivered to our ministry email inbox. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party.
How long we keep it
We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and keep basic ministry records, after which they may be deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing rslministries@gmail.com.
Children's information
This website is intended for general audiences, including donors, partners, and supporters. While our ministry serves children directly through our programs, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website itself.
